FLEX FEMME at TSUM became the moment where strength met softness.
SECTA Run Club and DF ORIGINAL gathered women who choose mindful movement and harmony with their bodies. We didn’t train — we felt. A stretching session led by Daria Stavnycha, Master of Sports, nutritionist, and influencer, awakened both body and mind. A talk on balance and recovery reminded everyone: self-care is also strength.
